We are excited to offer this four week dance jam here at the WHY. Classes are being offered for boys and girls from 3 to 12 years old. There will be a final performance on Canada Day. Start off with the complementary dance day at the WHY on Saturday, May 26!
This non-competitive dance class rewards children for their involvement and encourages them to use their imagination, develop creativity, physical coordination, self-esteem, and sociability. Children will learn body placement, awareness, and technique through selected beginner dance exercises and dance games. Enhancing the pleasant escapism of play with the qualities of dance, these dance classes help participants get more involved in their community and make new friends in a healthy environment.
