The WHY Heart of the Community – Spring 2013
Ongoing monthly fitness classes at the WHY: Bike & Core, Body Fit, Cardio Core Intervals (3 class times to choose from), Osteo Workout, Yoga – Gentle Touch (2 classes to choose from) & Kripalu). Contact the WHY for more info or check out our Fitness Schedule and Program Descriptions online.
Walk For A Reason Saturday, May 25
Run, Walk or Bike 2.5 km, 5km, 7 km, 10 km, 15 km or 20 km
- All money raised goes to the Logan Lake WHY to assist the community in all aspects of health and wellness.
- Participants pay a registration fee of $25 or collect pledges.
- Pledge sheets will be available at the WHY in early April.
- All participants need to register by noon on Friday, May 24.

Brochures and flyers are put out in the fall, Christmas, and spring. Special Event flyers are sporadic throughout the year.
We put posters around town advising of programming being offered. A good place to check is at the Canada Post bulletin board or the TNRD Logan Lake Library window.
